Distance: 5k, 10k
Notes: Meet 18:15. Instagram (bio and 23 Sep 2026 post) says meet at The Albert Club for a chatty 5k; the Run Social website still gives Neighbourhood Bar, 113 Lapwing Lane, M20 6UR as the meeting point, with the run starting at 18:30. One lap is 5-5.5k, two laps 10-11k.
