Distance: 5k
Notes: Social 5k. Everyone runs the same route in pace groups. The club asks you to sign up in its Facebook group if you can; otherwise just turn up. The website gives postcode M19 2SW for the Quadrants.

Notes: Improvers session (e.g. a hill session with a jog down to Reddish Vale on 24 Sep 2026). The club's Strava page says improvers sessions are on Monday evenings, but the Instagram bio and weekly post say Thursday.
